
Ishrar Habib is an international development and communications professional with over five years of experience across the communications, development, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as the Global Outreach and Partnerships Manager at BOND, a CSR initiative of Quazi Consultants, where she leads global engagement strategies to strengthen connections between the Bangladeshi diaspora and national development efforts.

Ishrar holds an MSc in Global Migration from University College London (UCL), supported by a prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Dhaka. A Lifetime Member of the Bangladesh Association of Commonwealth Scholars and Fellows BACSAF, Ishrar has represented her work at various international conferences.
Her current research interests include brain drain and the potential of diaspora engagement in shaping inclusive and sustainable development in Bangladesh.
